HOTLINE: Lucy Purdy quits Publicis in London

Lucy Purdy is quitting as the head of strategic planning at Publicis in London, citing her need for "a change of direction". Purdy, who joined Publicis in 1998 from J. Walter Thompson in the US, is handing over control of the planning department to Derek Morris, the agency's joint chief executive.
