HOTLINE: Nikki McCulloch is quitting Roose

Nikki McCulloch, the Roose marketing director, is quitting the agency to take a similar role at RPM3. Mark Brandis, the RPM3 chief executive, said: "We've not given the marketing of the agency the attention it needs. Nikki is a true professional who doesn't just do new business with a bit of account management on the side."
