HOTLINE: Publicis confirms new senior managers

Publicis has confirmed new senior managers to oversee three key international pieces of business. Neil Quick, who ran the Procter & Gamble business at Partners BDDH, will take over as the pan-European account director on P&G after Publicis was confirmed on the roster. Andy Bateman, who has been heading the planning department at Publicis New York, becomes the worldwide account director on the UBS financial account. Chris Palengar has moved from D'Arcy as the director in charge of Cadbury's £30 million worldwide chocolate business.
