Hotline: Sir Frank Lowe could face questioning

Sir Frank Lowe is one of several businessmen who could face questioning as part of investigations into allegations that Des Smith, a former advisor to the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, offered honours for cash. Sir Frank donated £2 million to the Capital City Academy in Brent, which opened in 2003. He was knighted for services to advertising and charity work in 2001.
