Pepsi's sponsorship of The Pepsi Chart Show, independent radio's only networked show, has come up for renewal, and it is unclear whether the soft drinks company will renew its association. The Pepsi Chart Show, hosted by Neil Fox, has 900,000 more listeners than its Radio One rival, hosted by Mark Goodier. It is broadcast across 99 commercial stations with two weekly updates. Pepsi has sponsored the show for nine years. Its sponsorship of Channel 5's chart show has not been as successful as its venture on radio, with the TV show being pulled earlier this year.
