Hotline: Toyota talks to agencies

Toyota is talking to agencies about a brief to promote the sale of its second-hand cars through its dealer network. The company's brand retail manager, Neil Broad, said a small portion of Toyota's marketing budget has been earmarked for promoting used cars. It will not affect its relationship with Guy Robertson Partnership, which manages its dealer marketing.
