HOTLINE: Unilever says its leading brands won't grow as fast as expected

Unilever has said its leading brands won't grow as fast as expected in the first quarter because of the late Easter holiday. However, it is sticking to its full-year earnings growth targets. Based on January and February sales, Unilever said revenue from its leading brands will grow between 4 per cent and 5 per cent in the first quarter, and earnings per share will rise about 5 per cent.
