InfoNXX seeks shop to handle European launch creative job

InfoNXX, the US telecommunications supplier that is moving into

Europe, is looking for a global network to handle its creative

account.



The company is seeking an agency as it launches a directory enquiries

service for mobile phone users in the US and Europe. InfoNXX is

predicting that UK adspend alone will be pounds 15 million.



InfoNXX announced that it is launching its MobileSource directory

service outside the US and is in the process of signing deals with the

major telecoms networks to provide the service. The company is growing

rapidly in the US, where it has supplier deals with networks including

AT&T. Advertising will be used to raise awareness of the new service

among consumer and business audiences.



InfoNXX launched in 1995 initially offering directory enquiries and

outbound calling services to major phone companies and other businesses.

It now employs 2,500 staff across the US.
