in the state of New Jersey), the Plain Dealer (Cleveland) and the
Oregonian. In December, it acquired Sun Media Corporation, publisher of
23 weekly newspapers in the state of Ohio.
Conde Nast’s portfolio includes: Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Allure,
Architectural Digest, Bon Appetit, Bride’s House and Garden, Conde Nast
Traveller, Details, Glamour, Gourmet, Mademoiselle and Self. The New
Yorker is a standalone operation as is Parade, a 38-million circulation
Sunday magazine distributed with more than 300 newspapers across the US.
American City Business Journals has 35 weekly business newspapers and
eight sports titles.
Minority shareholdings in the Time Warner Cable network, the Discovery
Channel and the Primestar satellite television system.
