The company is using Creativebrief to help with the search and has already sent RFIs to digital creative agencies.

The brief covers digital creative and social media work. The winning agency will work primarily on Irn-Bru and Rubicon. However, there is understood to be scope to handle other brands in the company’s portfolio, which includes Strathmore and Tizer.

Blonde is the incumbent on AG Barr’s digital account. The agency is part of Cello Group, which also owns Leith, Irn Bru’s above-the-line incumbent.

AG Barr did not respond to requests for comment.
