Jaywing appointed to data job by NHS Supply Chain

LONDON - Jaywing, the data division of the Digital Marketing Group, is to work with the NHS Supply Chain on sales and marketing communications.

NHSSC is hiring an agency as part of moves to cut costs by improving supply efficiency. The aim is to encourage more efficient buying and reduce the cost of serving.

Jaywing will help achieve this by segmenting detailed transactional data showing purchasing behaviours of specific departments in individual hospitals.

This insight will drive specific marketing and communication strategies for different departments, with incentives and offers tailored to their specific buying behaviour.

Mark Aubin, head of marketing at NHSSC, said: "The ability to create tailored communications for specific NHS departments means we can focus our efforts on marketing interactions that generate positive results."
