The pair will join the agency in January and will report to JWT’s executive creative director, Russell Ramsey.
At WCRS Welch and Nazli were responsible for working across brands including Warburtons, Women’s Aid, Churchill and Westons. Their outdoor work for Warburtons picked up a Silver award at this year’s Campaign Big Awards.
Welch and Nazli previously worked at JWT.
JWT has also hired Pavel Fernandez, a design director at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas. Fernandez will report to Ricardo Figueira, the digital executive creative director at JWT.
Ramsey said: "Rob and Naz won loads of awards when they were here and I'm delighted they've decided to come back. Pavel is extremely talented and he'll be a great asset on our expanding digital business."
