JWT Pakistan wins Vaseline and Ideas by Gul Ahmed accounts

KARACHI - JWT Pakistan has won creative duties for Unilever's Vaseline brand and Ideas By Gul Ahmed, a local retail lifestyle brand.

JWT has been chosen as Vaseline's creative agency, following a pitch against Lowe & Rauf and Ogilvy & Mather. The agency will handle the brand’s body lotion product range.

Ideas By Gul Ahmed, a sub brand of Gul Ahmed, is an established retail lifestyle brand in Pakistan whose product range includes bed sheets, apparel and clothing. For this account, JWT was pitted against agency Interflow.

Both appointments are effective immediately.

Mansoor Karim, chief executive, JWT Pakistan, said: "We are starting the year off on the right foot, with the addition of a strong global brand and an esteemed local brand to our expanding client roster.
