Lee and Dan, whose infamous spoof viral ad for the Volkswagen Polo catapulted them into the limelight earlier this year, have joined Quiet Storm as a creative team. Dan Brooks (left), 30 , and Lee Ford (right), 33, included the "suicide bomber" viral on their reel when they were trying to secure work. The duo narrowly escaped being sued by VW. Ford, a graphic design graduate of St Martin's College, was a photographer's assistant before working at Ogilvy for two years on accounts including the Ford Sportka. Brooks, who has never worked in an agency, has assisted on sets at Why Not Films.
