- Levi Strauss is sponsoring the adult animation series South Park which began its first run on British television on BSkyB's Sky One at the weekend.

The 26 shows will be broadcast on Sky One at 10:00pm on Saturday nights and will run for thirteen weeks. Repeats will be broadcast on Sunday night at 11:00pm.

The sponsorship package, negotiated by Motive, includes ten second opening and closing credits, entitled 'Sperms'. They have been developed to be an entertaining addition to the cult US animation series.

The 'bumper breaks' take an irreverent look at what sperm may do when no-one's around to watch and include the strapline 'South Park. Helped to life by Levi's jeans'.

The fourteen initial sponsorship credits have been written and art directed by Will Awdry and Rosie Arnold at Bartle Bogle Hegarty with creative direction from John Hegarty.
