- Liberty, the upmarket London retailer, has appointed TBWA GGT Simons Palmer to its estimated £1 million ($1.6 million) account following a head to head pitch with J.Walter Thompson.
Liberty parted company with its agency of two years, Bean Andrews Norways Cramphorn, in December.
TBWA will break new press and poster work in the autumn with a creative idea developed by the TBWA creative director Trevor Beattie and art director Bil Bungay, the pair who successfully relaunched French Connection with the "fcuk" campaign.
