The review is being run by AAR. The incumbent is Cubaka.

Starcom Mediavest Group picked up Lidl’s £70 million media business in August. The incumbent was M2M.

The retailer is currently running a campaign called "School of Christmas". The spots, by TBWA\London, offer tips on surviving the holiday season, such as how to untangle fairy lights and light a Christmas pudding.

Lidl has also been holding competitions on its Facebook page. In one, people could guess how many fairy lights are featured in a video for a chance to win a £25 voucher.

In September, the supermarket chain entered a one-year partnership to sponsor Mumsnet, the parenting site. The deal was worth a six-figure sum.
