- M& C Saatchi has added to their stable of sister companies with the launch of an outfit intended to drive clients' sales needs.

The Immediate Sales Company will be headed up by Michael Moszynski and Alan Jarvie, both founding partners of M& C Saatchi. They will assume the roles of chief executive officer and creative director respectively.

The new company will aim to involve clients in the creative development process, using the communication tools relevant to their needs and capitalising on strategic experience of M&C Saatchi.

The Immediate Sales Company will operate on a payment by results fee structure. It is currently working on a number of assignments from clients, and is on the shortlist for The Conservative Party ad account.

Moszynski commented: "We found that in Hong Kong the most pressing need for many clients was for immediate sales. We achieved success by delivering integrated campaigns that not only generated results but also helped build their brands. We will apply our fast-paced, but quality approach to help clients here."

Maurice Saatchi, chairman of M&C Saatchi, said: "Michael and Alan did a brilliant job of opening and building our Hong Kong office, and I'm sure they will have the same success with their new company."
