Like many creative duos, Levitt and Searle - both 27 - teamed up at university: the pair studied advertising at Bucks New University. They began their working life at RMG Connect in 2008 and were soon swept into JWT due to a merger.
"It was fantastic for us to get cracking on JWT briefs," Levitt says. "We learned our trade working on HSBC, Shell and Nokia." In addition to Shell, the pair helped reel in the Rimmel account.
The pair brought their winning ways to CHI & Partners in 2011 and, in addition to working on successful traditional campaigns such as "tastes like home" for Anchor, have been spending their time on more left-field ventures, such as creating a concept store for the Prince’s Trust.
"Matt and Sarah are a fantastic young team," CHI’s executive creative director, Jonathan Burley, says. "Brimful of charm and creative energy, incredibly ambitious and determined to surprise with every brief they are given, I can’t praise them highly enough. Well, I could, actually, but some bloody sod would try and nick them."
