McAfee appoints Tribal DDB on global ad account

LONDON - McAfee, the world's largest dedicated security technology company, has appointed Tribal DDB Worldwide to lead its global advertising account.

Working alongside partners DDB Worldwide and OMD, Tribal DDB will be tasked with building a global brand campaign that will incorporate strategic planning, creative development, and media buying and planning.

McAfee has also briefed the agency to help elevate and define its positioning within the marketplace.

"McAfee evaluated a number of agencies and the team at Tribal DDB demonstrated strength in every aspect of their business," David Milam, the chief marketing officer at McAfee, said.

"Not only did Tribal DDB have a number of great creative directions, but, more importantly, they backed them up with strong strategic insights on the importance of digital security to businesses and consumers worldwide."

Liz Ross, the global chief marketing officer of Tribal DDB Worldwide, said: "Working with McAfee in this way is truly exciting.
