At McCann London, the pair worked on Subway, Fisher-Price and South Africa Tourist Board. They joined the agency in July 2013 from VCCP, where they handled the O2 account.

Their most notable work was "dot" for Nokia, which made it into the Guinness World Records as the world’s smallest animation. The pair collaborated with Aardman Animations to create the spot while at Wieden & Kennedy.

The duo will be reunited at Mcgarrybowen with the executive creative directors Paul Jordan and Angus Macadam, who were also previously at W&K.

Jordan said: "We’re cock-a-hoop to welcome Mark and Rich into the burgeoning Mcgarrybowen family. Working with them before means we know just how talented they are. Both are world-class creatives with that rare ability to be gracious yet tenacious."
