Media 21 to adopt Beyond name and expand in Europe

Media 21 is to change its name to Beyond and will open offices across Europe following its merger with a US digital marketing agency.

across Europe following its merger with a US digital marketing

agency.



The London-based internet media specialist has been acquired by Beyond

Interactive - part of Grey Worldwide -which handles digital planning and

buying for Oracle and Procter & Gamble.



Media 21 will adopt the Beyond name on 21 June when it moves into a new

office in Soho.



With backing from Beyond Interactive, Media 21’s three founders Nick

Suckley, Rick Sareen and Pete Robins are planning to expand

overseas.



A German office will open its doors before Christmas and a French shop

will launch shortly after, followed by operations in Scandinavia and

southern Europe.



Sareen will be chairman of the new European outfit. Suckley will become

managing director and Robins media director. All three will be based in

the UK.
