Media Audits hands John Storey revised international brief

Media Audits, the international media consultancy, has promoted John Storey to the new role of group managing director with an international brief.

John Storey to the new role of group managing director with an

international brief.



Storey, the joint managing director of Media Audits’ UK office, will

take on an expanded portfolio of business with a specific European

brief.



He will run a number of multinational accounts, and will be charged with

expanding those accounts across borders, bringing in new business on an

international basis and ensuring a consistency of service worldwide.



Media Audits is the largest multinational media auditing company,

working for 300 clients in more than 60 territories. The company has

several offices in Europe, with plans to expand - including new offices

outside Europe - later this year.



Storey said the expansion of Media Audits was a reflection of the

growing demand for its services - which include auditing, reviewing

media business, consulting on media issues and training - on an

international footing.



’This is a massive growth area. The acceptance in the UK of media

consultants is now rolling out across Europe and around the world,’

Storey explained.



More of Media Audits’ income comes from outside the UK than from

within.



Storey, who has been with Media Audits for 11 years, will remain in

London.



He takes up his new role with immediate effect, leaving Lynda Graham as

the sole UK managing director.
