Media: Customer magazines increased brand loyalty

Customer magazines increase brand loyalty by 32 per cent, according to Millward Brown research conducted on behalf of the Association of Publishing Agencies. Customers spend an average of 25 minutes reading a customer magazine and 44 per cent of readers take some sort of positive action after reading a magazine, rising to 78 per cent in the retail sector. The research was based on a sample of 2,928 interviews.
