ACORN ANTIQUES - ITV1/12 March/9.15pm. A behind-the-scenes look at the Victoria Wood stage show, based on the popular TV series. Definitely one for the ladies.

HEARTBEAT - ITV1/13 March/8pm. The return of the feel-good drama. Followed by an all-new episode of Midsomer Murders at 9pm.

SUPERVOLCANO - BBC1/13 March/9pm. For viewers who don't like Midsomer, the BBC is dishing up a two-part drama based on the eruption of a massive volcano.

THE CONTENDER - ITV2/14 March/9pm. A new US reality series hosted by Sly Stallone and Sugar Ray Leonard. Watch 16 fighters bash each other to bits for a $1 million prize.

MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL - Five/14 March/10pm. Twelve British catwalk hopefuls battle it out for success in this new reality series, hosted by Rachel Hunter.

DEAD LIKE ME - Sky One/15 March/9pm. The start of the second series of a comedy drama about a gang of grim reapers. This week, we find out how difficult it is to reap a soul at a birthday party.

NO ANGELS - Channel 4/15 March/10pm. The return of Channel 4's outrageous nursing drama. Casualty with comedy and sex.

FRIDAY NIGHT WITH JONATHAN ROSS - BBC1/18 March/10.40pm. Ross returns with guests including Penelope Cruz, Boy George and Beck.

INTERACTIVE PICK - Sky channels. The interactive Adidas ad gives viewers a deeper understanding of "the world's first intelligent shoe". It uses cutting-edge technology and maximises the shoe's capabilities through interactive television, with the offer enabling viewers to download a free mobile movie.
