THE BABY WAR - ITV1/14 February/9pm. A one-off drama, starring Steve Waddington and Gina McKee, following the attempts of a young couple to win back their adopted son.

NIGEL'S PLACE IN FRANCE - Channel 4/15 February/9pm. A new series following Nigel Farrell's attempts to set-up a B&B in France for British customers.

THE APPRENTICE - BBC2/16 February/9pm. Business-reality show in which 14 wannabe entrepreneurs try to make it big. Based on the US version, this has Alan Sugar as the business leader everyone wants to work with.

FAT FRIENDS - ITV1/17 February/9pm. Return of the drama by Kay Mellor. Slimming barely features in this episode as emotions take over.

GROWN-UP GAPPERS - BBC2/17 February/9.50pm. Series following eight adults seeking adventures across the world.
