Media: Outdoor revenues increased in 2004

Outdoor revenues in 2004 reached £848 million, a 7.8 per cent increase on 2003, according to the Outdoor Advertising Association. The biggest single category was entertainment and the media, which experienced a 10 per cent increase on the previous year. Revenue in the final quarter of 2004 was £235 million, the highest quarterly figure ever achieved by the outdoor industry.
