Clinic won the £3 million account after a competitive pitch and will initially create a national poster campaign to break in January.
This will follow the relaunch of the Scoot.co.uk website on 1 December, a result of Enable's acquisition of the business from BT in June.
MediaCom will handle planning and buying for the advertising activity and its Media.Com division will also work on the brand.
Scoot.co.uk delivers search results to 1.5 million users a month and Enable hopes to increase this following the advertising activity.
Tim Kirkman, the former Carat and Hachette Filipacchi director and now Enable's joint managing director, said: "We've put together a team who understand the brand, the opportunities it offers and how best to communicate these offerings."
David Kyffin, the managing director of MediaCom Direct, said: "Kirsti Wilson arrived to head Media.Com only three months ago. It is pleasing to see Kirsti and her new team win their first external pitch at the first attempt."
