The Kent Messenger Group is reinforcing its dominance in Kent by launching two new weekly titles into the towns of Gravesend and Dover, as well as revamping its evening title, Kent Today.

The group has seen circulation of its weekly newspapers grow significantly over the last four years - up form 94,000 to 109,000 - and the new titles, the Gravesend Messenger and Dover Mercury, are part of a strategy to lift circulation towards a target of 125,000 copies.

Both weeklies are launched on March 4 and are backed by a major promotion and canvassing campaigns.
