Horner, who was managing partner of the JWT brand marketing consultancy, Blue Logic, joins Karen Diamond and Cathy Prior as an equal partner in the 30-year old company.

Models 1 is the oldest and largest model agency in the UK. It was founded by April Ducksbury and Jose Fonseca in 1968 and has launched the careers of Yasmin Le Bon, Jerry Hall and Cecilia Chancellor, among others. There are currently around 1,000 models on the company's books, including Karen Elsom. It has also run a men's division since 1988.
