Movers: Appointment at Dialogue DLKW

Gavin Marshall - Dialogue DLKW has appointed Gavin Marshall as the head of digital and managing partner, one of a number of appointments designed to strengthen its digital offering.

Marshall joins from Agency Republic, where he was the marketing director and business director, leading the agency's BBC and Unilever accounts. He replaces Mike Zeederberg, who has left the agency to move to Australia. In his new role, Marshall will head the agency's digital operation, which works across clients such as Halifax, COI and Tena. He also worked on the agency's Musicubes campaign for Radio 1, bbcnews.com for BBC World Service and the Big Brother wap site. The agency has also appointed Andy Hyatt in the new role of digital partner, charged with building the agency's HBoS digital relationship. Hyatt's career includes spells at Zentropy Partners (now MRM Worldwide) and client-side at Lloyds TSB, where he was involved in setting up the bank's e-commerce unit. Richard Amos joins as a technical lead from Tribal DDB and Nick Gwyer joins as a digital designer from New York's Agency.com.
