He joins later this year when he will take responsibility for Kiss 100 in London and the Kiss national radio network. Griffin will report to Shaun Gregory, Emap Radio's managing director of national brands. Griffin has worked at Channel 4 for six years and has been responsible for launching programmes including Big Brother and Desperate Housewives. Before that, he worked as an account handler at both St Luke's and Ogilvy & Mather.
