Montgomery (pictured), who becomes the group marketing manager for London, will lead a team of four. She joined Future in 1994 as an advertising executive for Mountain Biking UK. She later worked in marketing roles across its entertainment titles before being promoted to marketing manager in 2003.
Tully, who will run marketing for the publisher's Bath titles, will be responsible for a team of 12. She joined Future in 2000 as the marketing manager for the company's computing titles.
Both will report to Future's circulation and marketing director, Chris Spratling.
