Movers: Appointment at IPC Media

Sarah Summers: IPC Media has promoted Sarah Summers to the newly created role of publishing director of digital for IPC Connect, the division that publishes its women's weeklies.

In her new role, Summers will develop the websites of IPC Connect's leading women's weeklies, explore wider digital opportunities and develop partnerships. Summers is currently the publishing director of InStyle, Hair and Wedding, part of IPC Southbank.

She is a former publishing director of the IPC Connect celebrity title Now.

Summers will be replaced as the publishing director of InStyle by Kirsten Price. Price was previously the acting publishing director and has held a number of senior positions at IPC, including publishing director of Hair, Wedding and Now.
