Movers: Appointment at Spinnaker

The creative communications agency Spinnaker has strengthened its management with an internal reorganisation, resulting in the promotion of Clare Winter as the creative director.

Winter joined the agency in 2005 as the deputy creative director, following a spell as a freelance. Since joining the agency, she has worked for a number of clients including Nokia, The Tussauds Group and the BBC. Before that, Winter worked as a design group head at Haygarth. In her new role, she will be responsible for the agency's creative output, both on- and offline. She takes over from Nick Morgan, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
