Movers: Appointment at Telegraph Group

Telegraph Group has hired Edward Roussel to the new post of online editorial director.

The appointment marks a return to employed work for Roussel, after a period working as a consultant. He previously spent 11 years at Bloomberg, where he held a number of roles, including global managing editor. At the Telegraph Group, Roussel will be responsible for developing the content strategy of telegraph.co.uk and developing new products for media devices such as iPods and BlackBerries.
