Movers: Appointment at Tequila\London

Matthew Mills - Tequila\London has hired Mills as the managing partner of its digital operations. Mills joins from the Bristol-based below-the-line agency Proctor and Stevenson, where he was the director of digital.

He will be responsible for developing the agency's digital division, which employs 20 people after the merger with TBWA\GGT. Tim Bonnet, the joint chief executive of Tequila\London, said: "His expertise in integrating digital communication and one-to-one technology makes him an ideal fit for Tequila\London."
