Calvert will be responsible for consumer engagement, as well as working on his key accounts including Nissan and Energy Savings Trust. Pritchard's role will cover the consumer knowledge area. In this role she has been tasked with developing the agency's approach to building knowledge and insight on consumers. She will continue to work closely on her key accounts including T-Mobile and the RAF, as well as continuing to work on new business. Calvert and Pritchard were previously senior strategic planners.
