Turner Broadcasting has appointed Nibs Dearsley as its marketing director, overseeing the UK's commercial children's channels Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Toonami. Previously the head of marketing at Jetix throughout Europe and the marketing manager of Nickelodeon in the UK, Dearsley has spent her career promoting children's brands. Reporting to Joanne Barlow, the vice-president of network services, Dearsley will manage, develop and lead the UK marketing team.
