Unique Digital has strengthened its media and strategic credentials with two new roles. The media manager, James Briscoe, who has worked at the agency for two years, has been promoted to head of media.

Richard Dance, a former group account director at Unique, has rejoined the agency after a seven-month sabbatical as the head of strategy. In his new role, Dance will be responsible for exploiting the agency's research and strategic credentials. In a joint statement, Unique's managing partners, Andy Stevens and Simon Anderson, said: "We've been very careful in getting the right people in place, and James and Richard are inspiring appointments for the Unique team."
