Richard Warren, UK chief executive of the MullenLowe Group, is leaving the agency. Tom Knox will be the sole remaining founder of DLKW. Warren joined the company in 1998 as a planning director when it was known as Delaney Fletcher Bozell. He left the shop yesterday (31 May) and plans to stay in the industry.

Jonathan Burley, the chief creative officer at CHI & Partners, is leaving The & Partnership agency after six years. Burley joined CHI & Partners as executive creative director in 2010, replacing Ewan Paterson. He was promoted to chief creative officer last year.

Rosie Arnold, deputy executive creative director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, is leaving the agency after 33 years to join Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO as creative partner and head of art. She is the fourth senior person to leave BBH in five weeks after joint strategy chiefs Jonathan Bottomley and Jason Gonsalves, and managing director Mel Exon.

TMW Unlimited’s planning director, Adam Knight, has been promoted to the role of head of planning as part of a string of hires within the agency’s strategy department. Dan Bowers has been hired as planning director from OMD UK, where he was the Omnicom shop's strategy director. Andrew Robinson has also been appointed planning director, promoted from his role of senior planner. Senior data planner Sally Schumacher has been promoted to the role of data planning director. Reporting into Anna Foster, data director, Schumacher will increase the focus on the using data in a strategic way for TMW's clients.

Alasdair Graham, global executive creative director on RB at Havas Worldwide, is leaving the agency after a reorganisation of the global team. Graham joined the agency, when it was known as Euro RSCG, in 2011 from Ogilvy & Mather where he was creative partner. In 2008, Graham took over joint responsibility for creative output at Ogilvy & Mather following the departure of the then executive creative director Malcolm Poynton.

Rapiergroup has appointed Lee Horn, to the newly formed role of client strategy director. Previously Horn held senior roles at Freeman and GES, and most recently as global events director for TES. Horn’s role will be to lead the strategy, planning and best practice for existing and new business accounts.
