MPG picks up extra Kenneth Green work

Kenneth Green Associates, the fragrance distributor, has appointed Media Planning Group to handle media across five of its perfume brands in the UK.

MPG has won the media business across the Paul Smith, Hermes, La Prairie, Bulgari and Nuxe brands. The win is worth £3 million.

The move marks a consolidation of Kenneth Green Associates' media business into one agency. MPG previously handled the Issey Miyake and Jean Paul Gaultier accounts, with Carat handling the five brands that have now moved into MPG.

MPG will take on the new portion of the business from January 2006.

Kenneth Green, the Kenneth Green Associates managing director, said: "MPG is well focused on our special requirements and has consistently demonstrated strong partnership feelings.

It clearly understands our unique position in the market and our entrepreneurial style."
