- Reader's Digest, the world's most widely read magazine, is set to unveil a new look for its 48 editions worldwide from May.

The familiar front cover table of contents will be replaced with a full colour piece of photography and, for the first time in the magazine's 75 year history, all 48 editions will use the same photograph on the cover of its May issue.

The photograph will be of San Francisco fire-fighter Caroline Paul, which will be followed inside by an exclusive pre-publication excerpt from the book 'Fight Fire'.

From the May issue, an expanded two page table of contents will appear within the magazine and articles will be placed together under distinct categories such as health and fitness, current affairs, people, science and nature, humour, drama and adventure.
