Opinion: Hague’s outburst states the obvious

As a statement of the blindingly obvious, William Hague’s assertion that the Conservatives have been wasting money by ’plastering the country with expensive posters’ is without parallel. Political posters have never done more than sway a few floating voters in marginal constituencies. A pity the Tories took so long to cotton on.
