The group director of creative at the interactive advertising agency Organic, Darryl Feldman, has left to take up a role at the consultancy company Sapient.
Feldman, who leaves Organic after two years working for clients such as BT.com to become Sapient's creative director, said he left Organic for personal reasons. His successor has not been named, but is thought to be an internal candidate.
"I am looking to strengthen my consultancy skill-set. Sapient is a bigger organisation and so will give me bigger opportunities," Feldman said.
"It is a challenging time for the market now, and this year will see a certain amount of fall-out, but I think Organic will still be here," he added.
