four recruits and is hunting for a further three.

The additions are Linda Kinsella, who joins from CIA Medianetwork as an

account manager; Ben Poole, who joins from New Marketing Campaign as a

senior planner/buyer; and Rebecca Fitch who joins from MindShare as a

planner/buyer. The identity of the fourth recruit is undisclosed,

although it is known that she will move from Carat in the next few

weeks.

Kinsella will be working on the Direct Line, Estee Lauder, FT Weekend

and U-direct accounts, while Poole will handle Direct Line, Total Jobs

and TheDeal.net.

Fitch, who does not take up her new role until May, has not yet been

allocated specific accounts. Pete McGarr, who was recently promoted from

media assistant to planner/buyer, will look after the Ladbrokes

business.

Outrider is also seeking an international planner/buyer, an

international strategist and a senior UK strategist.

Kirsti Wilson, director of interactive, said: ’Outrider UK is growing

rapidly, and we want to get the right staff on board. We’re looking to

fill three positions, and we’re trying to find the best people for those

roles.’
