Proximity and Wunderman are still waiting for the result of the consolidated BT and EE CRM contest. The review follows BT’s £12.5bn takeover of EE, and incumbents OgilvyOne and Chemistry have exited the process. Agencies had expected BT to pick one shop to manage both CRM and content but the accounts will now be awarded separately. Poke and AnalogFolk are in the running for the content brief.

JD Williams is looking for a creative agency through AAR. The online retailer has worked with McCann Manchester since 2012.

Ad agencies taking part in the Jackpotjoy review may have to work over Christmas: the pitch is scheduled for the second week of January.

British Airways owner International Airlines Group has given agencies a deadline of 6 January for written submissions. The company is reviewing creative and media.

The result of the Crown Commercial Service review has been delayed. A decision on the campaign solutions roster, which includes up to 30 agencies for major campaigns, will be announced in December, while communications services, a smaller roster for tactical work, will be confirmed in January.
