Word is that the next stage of the Halifax pitch will be known next week. At the moment, the big question is whether Fallon's esoteric creative route has put it out altogether or is enough to defeat the odds. Otherwise, Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners and DDB are final contenders.
Health Lotteries is still clad in state secrecy, but we've managed to uncover a shortlist. Agencies pitching are understood to be VCCP, WCRS, DLKW & Partners and M&C Saatchi.

After CHI's clever spot for Drench, several bottled water brands are searching for a similar shot of glory. The latest? Minton Spring Water (no, we hadn't heard of it either). It certainly backs itself, contacting some of London's most prolific hotshops. Just don't expect much in the way of cash.
