- Laurence Green, Co-founder, Fallon

An Economics graduate, Green joined AMV/BBDO, and then JWT where he worked across the Nestle and Nintendo accounts. Moving up the ranks, he joined Lowe Howard-Spink where he was promoted to deputy planning director running the Heineken and Stella Artois accounts. Green left Lowe's to co-found Fallon in 1998.

- Mark Wnek, Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper

Wnek started out as a copywriter at Lowe Howard Spink before becoming a board member. For seven years, he was a copywriter and board member at Oglivy, creating Guinness's famous "Pure Genius" campaign. In 1994, he left to spearhead Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper. Award-winning work includes Peugeot and CRE.

- Paul Briginshaw, Co-founder, Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy

With over 18 years of experience - of which seven was spent at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO - Briginshaw set up MCBD four years ago, along with colleagues Malcolm Duffy, Jeremy Miles and new business director, Helen Calcraft. Current clients include: Aristoc, Inland Revenue and the Radio Times.
