Publicis Groupe creates role for Saatchi & Saatchi's Chris Foster

Publicis Groupe has appointed Saatchi & Saatchi's Chris Foster to the newly-created role of senior vice president, global clients.

Foster has been worldwide chief operating officer at Saatchi & Saatchi since January. Prior to this he spent four years as the chairman and regional chief executive of the agency’s Asia Pacific and Greater China offices.

He will relocate from Singapore to Publicis Groupe’s Parisian headquarters. He starts his role on 1 September and will report to Rishad Tobaccowala, the chief strategist at Publicis Groupe.

Prior to his time in Asia, Foster was chief executive of Fallon USA for four years. He has been a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi global leadership team since 2011.
